升降貨梯發(fā)動機機油壓力過低怎么辦？

升降貨梯機油的壓力低于0.2Mpa或隨發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速變化而忽高忽低，甚至突然降至零位，此時應(yīng)立即停機查找原因，待排除故障后方可繼續(xù)工作，否則會釀成燒瓦、拉缸等大事故。在發(fā)動機使用過程中，必須對機油的壓力給予高度重視。若機油油量不足，會使機油泵的泵油量減少或因進(jìn)空氣而泵不上油，致使機油壓力下降，曲軸與軸承、缸套與活塞都會因潤滑不良而加劇磨損。

1、每班工作前檢查升降貨梯 http://www.inductor-china.com/油底殼中的油位，保證有足夠的油量。

2、應(yīng)清除升降貨梯冷卻系統(tǒng)管路中的水垢，調(diào)整供油時間。
